For instance, the STRESS brand gives a lifetime warranty on cranks and forks, 2 years on frames, and 1 year on all other products. We take notice of absolutely all cases which customers reach out to us with and we are willing to meet them halfway by offering a discount on a new spare part if the warranty of the previous one has expired.
