Return and exchange terms

Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the goods purchased in the store can be returned or exchanged for the same new items in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

When ordering goods on the STRESSSHOP.RU website, the period for exchange or return of goods is 7 days from the date of placing the goods at Client's disposal.

To return an item, it is important that all the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been in use;
  • The product's appearance, usability, and packaging are maintained in the original form;
  • The receipt confirming the purchase of the product can be provided.
To return or exchange goods, you will be required to provide your passport and receipt.

Items delivered by courier across Moscow are subject to exchange or return only through the store!

Goods of adequate quality listed in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55 (as amended on October 20, 1998) are not subject to return or exchange. This clause does not apply to goods purchased remotely (through delivery services), and the period of exchange or return for them is 7 days from the date of placing the goods at buyer's disposal.

General provisions

The goods purchased in the STRESSSHOP.RU store (both retail and online) are covered by manufacturers' warranty. For instance, the STRESS brand gives a lifetime warranty on cranks and forks, 2 years on frames, and 1 year on all other products. We take notice of absolutely all cases which customers reach out to us with and we are willing to meet them halfway by offering a discount on a new spare part if the warranty of the previous one has expired. Warranty obligations

All products in the STRESSSHOP.RU store fall into two groups: those that we produce ourselves, and those that we purchase from third-party suppliers. We provide warranty obligations for the first group of products ourselves and try to resolve any issues as soon as possible. Warranty obligations for the second group are provided by the third-party suppliers of these products.

There are three types of warranties:

  • 1 year
  • 2 years
  • Lifetime warranty

Warranty terms and conditions:

  • The warranty applies only to the first purchaser of the product. If replacement is not possible within the warranty period, we can offer you a discount on your next purchase;
  • An alternative item of equal or greater cost (specifications may differ);
  • Partial refund proportionate to the remaining product life;
  • To make a claim under your product's warranty, at least one of the following is required: the receipt, order number or data of the customer in whose name the order was placed.

For the convenience of our clients, we have marked our brands' products with special tags.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, rough handling, or misuse;
  • Parts subject to natural wear and tear: tires, tubes, grips, pegs, bearings, chains, cables, housing, brake pads, etc.;
  • Corrosion and / or damage caused by long-term use and material fatigue;
  • Costs incurred as a result of readjustment and maintenance and also costs for replacement or repair;

Always install, repair, service and operate the product in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

To speed up the process, make sure to include the following:

  • The order number, the photo of the receipt or the name of the person in whose name the order was placed (at least one piece of information from the above);
  • Sample photos of the breakage / problem. The photos should be in focus and well lit; the problem shown in the photo should be clearly visible;
  • A detailed description of the breakage or problem.
